One-Time Set-Up
We will set your business up on the proper version of QuickBooks, create a chart of accounts specific to your business (MREA chart of accounts for real estate agents & teams), link all of your business accounts (banking, credit card, etc.) and provide you with a brief training on how to manage your books on your own.
Essential Bookkeeping
For clients utilizing QuickBooks Online, we will handle all day-to-day bookkeeping.
We will deliver a monthly financial reporting package by the 10th business day after month-end and provide a 10 minute video or phone review of the results. This package will include the following reports:
+ Balance Sheet
+ Profit & Loss (P&L) Summary
+ Year-to-date (YTD) P&L by Month
+ P&L Detailed Report
+ YTD P&L - MREA Budget Model & compared to MREA Best Practices (if applicable)
Premier Bookkeeping
We will provide everything in the Basic Bookkeeping plan. In lieu of the 10 minute review we will provide a 30 minute session via video or phone to review the monthly financial results and handle Q&A. The reporting package will include all of the reports in the Basic Bookkeeping plan plus a P&L Budget vs. Actual*. We will also provide assistance with budget development and coordinate with your tax preparer at year-end.

Custom Services
Payroll
Some businesses may require assistance in processing payroll. Whether you are paying yourself, one employee or 1099 independent contractors, we can assist. Bookkeeping Clean Up
Sometimes businesses get busy and may not have spent the time to organize their finances appropriately.
